Aside from that- I was in a hurry and forgot to put the service time on the order. I received a phone call asking about the time to ensure a timely delivery. That was huge plus in my book.       We send my mother-in-law flowers a couple of times a year. We live 1000 miles away so we never get to see the flowers.       The flowers my mom received for her birthday were absolutely beautiful! And I was very impressed by the reliable, affordable, and professional service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that the flowers came with a "thinking of you" sign instead of a birthday sign which I indicated they were for. There must have been a mix up.
